🧦Young Leaders to Watch
Seattle as a backdrop, Brian Baca on Thrasher, METSA Design, Tyler and Converse, Hieroglyphics live on KEXP, Arvin Goods
Happy Sunday Wednesday,
We try to be very diligent about this newsletter hitting every Sunday, but sometimes it all gets away and we realize it never went out and now it’s Tuesday or Wednesday.🤷🏻♂️
We are shooting our summer collection this week in Seattle. Getting these shoots organized and executed is a major lift by a bunch of different folks. We have tried to concentrate everything we can back in to the city, and use Seattle based models and crew, and it feels good to have a team here that is willing to help us out, but also has pride in what they do. This campaign will be our best yet, with some fun new colors, and some beautiful people wearing Arvin Goods.
We are also stoked to let it be known that Harry Fricker, one of our co-founders, and creative director has been named by Shop Eat Surf one of the 2025 Young Leaders to Watch. Shop Eat Surf Outdoor was looking for dynamic young professionals in all facets of the industry to showcase. Nominees needed to be 40 years old or younger, making an impact on industries through their leadership, ideas, and execution. Harry works with Arvin of course and also consults with Finisterre on their North American marketing expansion. Congrats to Harry, and well deserved!
Enjoy the news below, and have a great rest of the week!

Tyler, the Creator on Delusion, Gatekeeping, and His Latest Collaboration With Converse - Vogue
I only have 15 minutes with Tyler, the Creator. He’s a busy man—in the midst of a record-breaking world tour, among myriad other projects—and so we have a lot of ground to cover. “Ask for forgiveness later,” he tells me, when I warn him that we don’t have much time and I have a lot of questions. “You need to learn how to finesse!”
Probably true. What are his tips, then? “A real finesser never gives their finessing away,” he replies in his familiar West Coast drawl, unperturbed by the surrounding buzz of his entourage.👟🧦
